At Plug Vinyl, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns for custom products. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.

Custom Products

  • All sales are final for custom products. We do not accept refunds or returns unless there is a clear issue with craftsmanship on our part.
  • If you believe there is a defect in the craftsmanship of your custom product, please contact us at support@plugvinyl.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide detailed photos and a description of the issue for evaluation.

Non-Custom Products

  • For non-custom products such as banner stands and photo board stands, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your non-custom product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@plugvinyl.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a description of the issue for evaluation.
  • Refunds for non-custom products will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Gifts, Exchanges, and Sale Items

  • Gifts: If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you may exchange it for another item of equal value. Refunds for gifts will only be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email support@plugvinyl.net with your order number and details about the issue.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Report an Issue

  2. Include clear photos showing the defect or issue with craftsmanship.
  3. Our team will review your case and determine if a replacement or refund is warranted.

Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the issue is determined to be a result of an error on our part or if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • We are not responsible for customer errors, such as incorrect details submitted during the ordering process.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
